Tablet Deduster Machine very commonly used to De bur or dust tablet from the powder remain after it is punched. The machine is designed in such a way that it can be placed parallel to the tablet machine discharge and after the tablets travel through the brushing unit which has a screw thread like makes the tablets travel while being brushed to the outlet thus providing a clean polished tablet. The brush has a surrounded SS 316 Cage with perforation from where the excess powders are discharged.
The powder is collected in a tray or can even be collected in a dust extractor. The speed of the brush can be set used a VFD which is attached to a ½ HP Geared motor. The machine is capable to output around 2 to 2.5 lac tablets an hour. Depending on tablet size and shape.
