Automatic Aluminium Tube Filling Machine uses for filling, crimping & coding aluminum tubes. Machine has proven performance and suitable to use in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and food industry.
Tube filling machines are versatile machines, designed so as to fill viscous and semi viscous products such tube-filling-machine as ointments, cosmetics, toothpastes, adhesives, shaving creams etc. in metallic tubes. These machines are competent of handling special tube sizes and are also equipped with ‘No Tube – No Fills’ feature to save wastage of costly product.
Machine is made from Stainless Steel frame structure with matt finish SS 304 coverings on all MS parts on exposed areas.

Process Operation of Automatic Aluminium Tube Filling Machine
Tubes has to be loaded on to infeed hopper of the machine. From the hopper through cassette tubes delivers on to Rotating disc which is having 12 tube holder pockets which rotate in continuous rotary motion. The 1st and 2nd stations are for the feeding of the tubes. 3rd & 4th station is for vacuum cleaning of the tubes to remove dust particles from the tube. 4th station is “No Tube – No Filling” station. At 5th Station tube presence will be determined by tube presence sensor. 6th station is Filling Station where filling will be done based on inputs from the 5th stations. In case of no presence of tubes – no filling activity will occur.
8th & 9th station is crimping station where crimping activity will take place for tubes. 10th station is batch coding station where pre set data will be embossed on to tubes. 11th station is automatic tube ejection station to eject filled & crimped tubes.
Loading Section
This section is pneumatically operated and has a Vacuum Pump that collects the tube and a fixing arm drives the tubes to the socket placed on rotating dish.
Vacuum Cleaning (Optional)
This is done in Cassette area where the tubes are loaded before it is collected for feeding. The Dust Collector can be common for both the casssete.
Orientation (Optional)
In the station the loaded tubes are oriented to its face as per Eyemark provided in the tube. There are two individual motors along with eye mark sending units which direct the stepper motor stop on sending the eyemark line.
Filling
This is mechanically operated section which has a hopper capacity of 35 liters non jacketed. The positive section filler sucks the set desired volume of Ointment/Cream and dispenses it in the tube, later tube is cut off by Pneumatic air operated device. This ensures clean seal area and weight accuracy in each tube. The Filling Section will be having a Syringe for 5 grams to 50 grams.
Crimping
This is Pneumatically operated area. It has robust pneumatic crimpers that folds the tubes.
Batch Coding
Pneumatic batch coding with both sides digit holding jaws. The number will be of 062 size only. One set of 0 – 9 on one side will be provided with machine.
After all operations tubes will be automatically ejected out of the machine.
