Depending on the filling volume, kind of powder, and bottle size, the Automatic Single Head Augur Powder Filling Machine can fill dry syrup, powder, and granules in a variety of types and shapes of bottles at a maximum pace of 30 bottles per minute. Device equipped with a tried-and-true Augur type powder filling system to load larger grams of powder in a single dosage. All parts that come into touch with powder are composed of HDPE, nylon, and SS316. Pneumatically operated bottle separator system allows machine to adjust bottle size without needing replacement parts. For continuous bottle feeding, a machine with an integrated turn table for round bottles is installed at the infeed.

Working Principle of Automatic Single Head Auger Powder Filler Machine
The incoming dry bottle is fed through the Infeed Turn Table with suitably guided on the moving conveyor belt at the required speed for feeding. There is filling head mounted on machine top plate, when bottle reaches to the first filling station, it will be held by the bottle holder. Immediately it will be sensed by the bottle sensor as soon as it gets signals from sensor magnetic clutch starts to rotate which is mounted on auger shaft. It will fill the desired amount of powder to the bottle through auger, where rotation time is previously saved in PLC control. After filling bottle moves further for next operation. The main advantage of this machine is star wheel pick up system of bottle is directly connected with Auger rotation, so till bottle get filled with powder as per set value.
Duly filled bottles delivered on outfeed conveyor for capping operation.
