Process Operation of Automatic Bottle Twist Off Capper
Bottle twist-off capper encapsulates a conveyor belt, in-feed star wheel, delivery chute and in-feed form. This automatic machine is known for automating the entire sealing process in a programmed roll-on fashion. When the bottles move on the conveyor belt, they are fed into the in-feed star wheel by the in-feed worm. As these bottles move, they pick up caps one by one by the delivery chute. Since, there are descending sealing heads in place, the machine seals the necks of all bottles with optimum pressure. This machine is designed in such a way that no damage is caused to the caps. In order to direct the caps perfectly into the chute, accurate positioning is mandatory and that’s achieved by a mechanically operated rotating scramble.
