Small V Cone Blender R&D Lab Model is a compact V cone blender with a V-shaped mixer that is intended for quick blending and low-speed mixing tasks. Blender with a rotary design and tumble type, featuring manholes for product loading and cylindrical “V” curves that provide simple access to interior areas for improved cleaning. Shorter mixing/blending times are achieved by the tropical “V” shaped, which permits stronger shear of mixing without attrition and particle regeneration. Perfect for formulations requiring precise control over tiny percentages and for fragile granules. These blenders are a maintenance engineer’s dream because of their economical, straightforward design. Conical adapters with butterfly valves for clamping IPC can also be added onto the unit to enable dust-free, simple loading and discharging. Process Operation of V Cone Blender
The V shape blenders have long two corner of product container for more rubbing and tumbler effect to the material for fast and homogenizing mixing. It can perform homogenously dry mixing of free-flowing powders, granules requiring low shearing force, Mixing and Blending of particles with rapid intermixing of particles irrespective of varying specific gravities. The material is loaded into the double cone blender drum. The double blender is tumbling the material in the container and spread out. The mixing is achieved in 5 to 15 minutes with better homogeneity.
