Four Head Vial Cap Sealing Machine

Four Head Vial Cap Sealing Machine or vial sealer uses for flip off cap sealing injectable glass vials. Machine is having four sealing head which provides production output up to 80 vials per minute. Machine is suitable to work with flip off aluminum caps as well as normal aluminum caps. Machine having three specially designed sealing roller for perfect pressure based sealing operations. Separate bowl, chute and chunk can be offered for customers who want to operate 13mm and 20mm both caps.

Machine is having rotary design in which vial travels onto round vial holders. Vials received onto machine conveyor through back pressure from the vial filling and stoppering machine. From where it is passed onto slat conveyor belt of cap sealing machine. During movement of vial onto conveyor belt it picks up cap from the chute and place onto head of vial. Vials further enter to vial holder pocket onto turret. Vial holder pocket rotates vial continuously on its position 360 degree. Turret also move vial in rotary clockwise direction. During movement of vial sealing come down onto head of vial and perform sealing operations. After sealing operations vials get collected onto conveyor belt of machine from the turret. Duly cap sealed vials collected automatically onto exit end of conveyor belt for further labeling operations.

Process Operation of  Vial Cap Sealer Machine

Duly Stoppered Vials are continuously fed from the turntable/conveyor of filling machine to the flat conveyor belt of sealing machine and move further through infeed worm for correct spacing and transferred to the infeed starwheel.

Aluminium caps are kept in vibratory bowl automatically oriented in right direction before entering the delivery chute. Vial during its rotation movement with infeed starwheel, it picks up aluminum seal from the retaining finger of delivery chute & correctly position on the vial before entering sealing turret. Vials now moves on the spring loaded sealing platform, where free spinning sealing rollers moves gradually inside to complete the sealing operation during rotational movement of sealing platform turret. Now sealed vials are transferred to exit starwheel pocket & further moves out on to the flat conveyor belt for further labeling operations.
