Process Operation of Lug Capping Machine
Continuous or vibratory cap feeder feeds the cap to cap delivery chute. These caps are then received by jars or containers one by one in a smooth fashion. There are no scratch or damages to caps or jars in the process and the star wheel gradually moves each jar with loosely placed cap on it to the capping station where the cap is attached to the jar at specific torque speeds. Caps are tightened with utmost accuracy and precision to prevent under or over tightening.
As soon as the jars are done with the capping process, they are moved out of the conveyor and advanced for rest of the processes including sterilization, labeling, and packaging.
