Process Operation of Petroleum Jelly Filling Machine
Bottles, jars or containers move along the SS conveyor and they are fed below the filling nozzle and owing to a flawless indexing mechanism, these bottles get fed with a perfect centering. Special purpose nozzle system of the machine avoids foaming. This machine has a synchronized mechanical movement and ‘No- bottle, no fill’ mechanism ensures that there is no spillage. After filling containers moves to capping or next operations.
