Dry Syrup Powder Filling Machine, also known as a dry syrup powder filler, is uses to fill huge volumes of powder into PET or glass bottles. Filler that, depending on the powder fill volume, kind, bottle diameter, and bottle neck diameter, can fill containers up to per minute.
The machine fills powder into bottles more quickly and accurately by using tried-and-true vacuum and air systems. A machine with a special bottle lifting and neck holding mechanism keeps the bottle clean and prevents powder waste by preventing spills on the bottle’s shoulder, neck, and body. For more seamless operation, the machine has a fully synchronized movement of the powder wheel, outfeed star wheel, and bottle infeed star wheel. The machine’s rotary bottle movement technology guarantees extremely fast powder filing through separate moving funnels and bottles for increased performance without sacrificing fill accuracy or speed. Machines with a special vibratory system inside the funnel provide faster loading of powder with a semi-free flow type.

Process Operation of Dry Syrup Powder Filling Machine
The incoming sterilized dry bottle is fed through the in-feed turn table. Suitable guide supply bottles on to flat conveyor belt at the required speed for feeding. There is filling head mounted on machine top plate in the same line.
When bottle reaches to the mechanical holder detained filling station, Bottle sensor sense the bottles and Magnetic clutch starts to rotate which is mounted on auger shaft. It fills the desired amount of powder into the bottle through auger, where rotation time is previously determined.
Duly filled bottles go upward on to the sealing station with the help of SS conveyor belt.
