Vibro Sifter Vibratory Sieve, also known as a vibratory sieving screen, is used in the screening, sieving, and grading processes for solid separation. It is used to separate the required and unwanted components from mixtures of solid to liquid and solid to solid materials. Industrial vibrating screens are used in many different industries, including the pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, plastic, paint, rubber compound, metal powder, detergent, fertilizer, insecticide, and dyestuff and pigment industries.
A screen is positioned on the base plate of a vibratory screen separator and is centrally attached to a gyratory motor. The content fed through the upper input is deposited onto the screen. The screen allows for the passage of particles smaller than the mesh size, while the larger particles are expelled through an outlet. The material is filtered or separated as desired by the combination of the vibratory motor and the weights at the top and bottom of the screen. The entire assembly is supported by the appropriate springs, allowing it to vibrate as an independent body without sending any vibrations to the foundations.

Process Operation of Vibro Sifter Vibratory Sieve
This vibrating energy screen is unit consisting of circular pre-tensioned screen mounted on the frame along with vibrating motor. The vibrating motor imparts three plane vibrations to the screen due to revolving eccentric weights. Total assembly is mounted on suitable springs so that it becomes a independent body which vibrates without parting any vibrations to the foundations.
