For combining liquid and somewhat solid materials, a jacketed mixing vessel (double jacketed vessel) is used, together with a jacketed steam boiler. Jacketed mixer assembly having a range of paddle-style blades, either flat or pitched, and with the proper shape. The mixer’s two successive blades move in the opposing directions, causing the material to thin laminarly and making mixing more homogeneous. Independent drive paddle-style blades are welded to a hollow shaft and fixed on scraping arms. The piyot, or bottom support of the shaft, gives the shaft stability when it rotates. Relative movement of the material is produced by paddles positioned on an internal shaft. Various kinds of valves can be provided for material discharge based on user requirements.
