Rotary bottle washing machine, also known as the rotary bottle washer, is a stylish, small, and extremely effective device. Bottles must be manually loaded and unloaded from the rotational Bottle Washer, which uses a “GENEVA” mechanism and works on a rotational principle. The ARBW model can wash a variety of bottles with capacities ranging from 15 ml to 1000 ml at a maximum speed of 100 bottles per minute. The machine’s frame structure and overall construction are finished in stainless steel. Every component that comes into touch with the washing zone and the jets is composed of stainless steel 316 material. The most amount of time for washing is ensured by handling bottles intermittently. Additionally, the machine gives a range of personalized settings for the washing sequence based on the needs of the users. Four distinct washing zones are used during the washing process to achieve the best possible washing. Additionally, the machine has an external bottle wash feature. Additionally, we may modify the machine to fit a specific bottle type, size, and washing schedule. We provide two types of bottle washers: the ARBW 64, which has a reduced speed need and can wash 60 bottles per minute, and the ARBW 100, which is a high speed model that can wash 100 bottles per minute. This multipurpose, feature-rich machine satisfies GMP criteria for cleaning both plastic and glass bottles.

Process Operation of Rotary Bottle Washer
The bottles are loaded on the subsequent indexing part of rotating platform and are cleared in series of operations. Specially designed bottle holders are provided to hold bottles with neck diameter. The bottles are placed in an inverted position in these cup shaped holders. Spraying showers does the external cleaning of the bottles. Solenoid valves are provided to enable the regulation of wash timings, it also spraying water when bottle are stopped means ensure saving of water and sequence of various washing media to suit specific requirement.
