Vertical Ampoule Filling Machine has a vertical travel mechanism for travelling of ampoules. Machine having robust construction with all contact surface made from SS 316L materials for GMP compatibility. It has eight liquid filling nozzles with eight pre-nitrogen and post-nitrogen nozzles for nitrogen flushing both before and after filling operations.

Machine has state-of-art filling unit which has eight filling pumps controlled through servo drive. Pump are fabricated from stainless steel 316L materials with utmost precision to provide higher filling accuracy for aqueous solutions. Each filling pump having individual servo drive for pump operations. Interestingly fill volume can be adjusted from touch screen control panel of the machine. Rack movement is also performed through servo drive for smooth vibration free operations.

In vertical ampoule filling machine we have different machine models which includes four head ampoule filling machine, six head ampoule filling machine and eight head ampoule filling machine. Our machine models can fill 100 APM to 300 APM production output. All our machine model complies as cGMP requirements. We also having separate machine models complies as per CE mark guidelines. Working Principle of Vertical Ampoule Filling Machine

Empty washed & sterilized ampoules loaded onto infeed hopper of the machine. From where it has been received to receiving rack through starwheel/cassette. The moving rack which moves horizontally collect eight ampoules from the receiving rack and transfer the ampoule to the machine in left to right in an inclined position. During ampoule movement Pre-gassing, Filling, Post Gassing, Pre-heating & Sealing Station perform filling and sealing operations. At the end duly filled and sealed ampoules get collected automatically onto collection tray of the machine.
