Automatic Airjet Cleaning Machine

Automatic Airjet Cleaning Machine

The Automatic Airjet Cleaning Machine prepares glass, PET, and plastic bottles for filling in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food‑supplement, and cosmetics lines. It blows compressed air into every container, pulls dust out through a dedicated vacuum, and sends debris to a sealed collection chamber. Because the unit handles bottles from 10 ml paediatric vials to 1 litre jars, it fits equally well on dry‑syrup, tablet, capsule, or bulk‑powder lines that must start with particle‑free containers.

Robust Build, High‑Speed Performance, Precision Bottle Cleaning

The Automatic Airjet Cleaning Machine delivers positive air pressure and vacuum simultaneously, all with only one cleaning head, which mounts on a small cGMP-compliant frame. This two-in-one operation lets you remove loose powder carton fibres and glass chips with only one stroke. The stationary stainless steel nozzles prevent glass-to-metal contact and eliminate neck chipping. The end result is an efficient, dry and solvent‑free cleaning process, which uses no water, produces no effluent and keeps change‑over times to a minimum.

How Does the Automatic Airjet Cleaning Machine Work

  1. Feed Arrangement & Separation – Upright bottles are transferred onto the conveyor using an in‑feed turntable. A separator assembly moves each bottle in turn into the cleaning station.

  2. Bottle Holder – Cup‑type mouth holders for four bottles at a time; a pneumatic stopper will stop the flow.

  3. Air‑Vacuum Cycle – Twin nozzles are down. Compressed air filtered comes into the bottle from the inner nozzle. This is performed while it is attached to a high-volume blower and a power socket to pull out the loosened particles. These two processes work simultaneously to maximise the extraction.

  4. Dust Collection – Dust particles are filtered out and fall into a closed dust chamber that is only accessible for cleaning.

  5. Discharge – The pneumatic stopper lifts, and the clean bottle is ejected onto the discharge conveyor for further inspection and filling.

Key Features

  • Compact GMP design in SS304; all contacting parts in SS316L or FDA‑compliant nylon.

  • The positive/negative air pressure allows for a thorough dry cleaning, waterless and detergent-fre

  • Fixed position nozzles eliminate “bottle neck” damage and cross-contamination.

  • Product synchronisation between upstream unscramblers and downstream fillers is made possible with a variable-speed AC drive.

  • Air and vacuum regulators are separate, enabling fine adjustment of all bottle sizes.

  • Auto loading and unloading improve handling and minimise production line downtime.

  • Jamming is prevented by an overload clutch, and pressure gauges are provided to show system pressures.

  • PLC-HMI, pressure switch, air filter, regulator and IQ/OQ documents upon request to assist validation.

The Automatic Airjet Cleaning Machine ensures dust-free and clean bottles. It pumps dry air in, pulling gunk out, sending grime straight to a sealed bin so you save water without wet streaks. You turn a knob to make the speed faster or slower; you change parts with no tools; and you just wipe the stainless frame clean in minutes. This easy-to-use process is GMP fulfilment-ready, limiting downtime and ensuring your products ship out contamination-free and on time.
