The Aseptic Liquid Filling Machine is designed to fill vials without any level of contamination. It is apt for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, vaccine, and life-science industries. It washes vials, loads them, fills them with sensitive liquids, removes oxygen with inert gas and inserts butyl stoppers in a single, sealed process flow. It complies with stringent cGMP regulations and also supports GradeA/B clean‑room or barrier‑isolator operations. It performs these activities within a laminar-flow zone to ensure that the system safeguards each batch from microbial or particulate harm. These combined design features help manufacturers deliver contamination‑free batches with speed, accuracy, and confidence.

Durable, Compact & High Zero‑Contamination Accuracy
The Aseptic Liquid Filling Machine stands out for its compact “fill‑and‑stopper” block, which reduces the distance between the filling needles and the rubber‑stoppering heads to a minimum. And this tight integration reduces the risk of contamination, facilitates operation in laminar flow and removes the dead corners that are difficult to clean. Stainless Steel 316L syringes or optional peristaltic pumps ensure ±0.5–1% accuracy on all batch sizes, and an AC frequency drive enables operators to tweak output as required on the run, which makes it ideal for trial runs and 24/7 output.
How Does the Aseptic Liquid Filling Machine Work
-
Vial Infeed: Sterile vials are fed from an unscrambler turn table through a sterilised slat conveyor, where the user can feed the vials in a continuous row. In turn, these are fed to the feed worm system, further rectified and positioned under negative pressure.
-
Filling Cycle: Two, four, eight or twelve stainless‑steel Syringes move down in each vial. Stroke length adjustment allows for a filling range of 2 to 250 ml, and a “NoVial–NoFill” sensor avoids waste.
-
Pre/Post‑Gassing: Pneumatically actuated eccentric pre-gassing nozzles pre-gas and post-gas the vials with inert gas to ensure product stability.
-
Rubber Stoppering: A vibratory bowl automatically orients and delivers 13mm or 20mm butyl stoppers to the rotary star‑wheel, releasing each stopper into the compression cup every time the stopper insertion device moves into the compression cup.
-
Outfeed Transfer: Filled/stoppered vials are discharged through a star‑wheel to the next sealing or inspection stages in the production line.
Key Features
-
No Vial–No Filling / Machine Stop: Twin interlocks eliminate empty dosing and halt the line if supply falters.
-
SS316L Contact Parts & SS304 Frame: Corrosion‑resistant Stainless Steel meets the strictest cGMP and FDA norms while simplifying CIP/SIP procedures.
-
Zero Cross‑Contamination Path: Smooth, dead‑end‑free surfaces and short transfer paths cut microbial harbourage.
-
Digital Vial Counter: Real‑time batch tallies aid reconciliation and reduce paperwork.
-
Variable‑Speed Drive: The AC frequency inverter lets operators match upstream steriliser or downstream capper speeds instantly.
-
Optional PLC with Touch HMI: Recipe storage, audit trails, and IQ/OQ document packs speed validation.
