A Tablet Bottle Packaging Line (also called a tablet/capsule bottling line, counting & filling line, or pharmaceutical bottle packaging line) is an automated production system used primarily in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and supplement industries. It handles the efficient, accurate, and hygienic packaging of solid oral dosage forms like tablets, capsules, caplets, pills, or gummies into plastic or glass bottles.

Process Operation of Tablet Bottle Packaging Line
Delivery chutes send the product from the counting disc to the filler tubes of various sizes for different container types. Each disc of the machine is designed in such a way that it can count coated and uncoated tablets which includes both soft and hard capsules. There is a special system underneath the hopper which is integrated with the filler that helps facilitate dust free passage of stocks.

Tablet Counting Machine

Bottle Capping Machine
