How Does the Turntable Work
Rotating Platform:
At the heart of the Turn Table is a circular stainless steel surface that turns at a steady, adjustable speed.
Bottle Placement:
You can place bottles onto the table by hand, or let them arrive from an upstream conveyor; whatever suits your process.
Guided Movement:
There are rails on 3 sides of the table top to help move bottles across so that they don’t fall, tip over or get jammed.
Transfer to Next Stage:
As the bottles move around it, positioning into and off of an exit area, passing on to subsequent equipment or conveyors is smooth.
Adjustable Speed:
If you need to switch what speed it rotates at, that’s straightforward, so as not to miss a step on your specific production requirements.
Flexible Positioning:
You can set it up wherever it works best for your process.
