Tube Infeed
Load cassettes of tubes onto the turntable. A motor‑driven infeed worm spaces them into the star wheel for accurate positioning under each station. -
Filling
Six filling heads draw product from a 60 kg or 90 kg hopper and dose each tube. You set the volume via cam adjustment with fine‑tuning from the control panel. -
Sealing
Tubes advance to the sealing station, where aluminium caps crimp or hot‑air jets seal plastic and laminate tubes. A vacuum‑assisted crimper forms leak‑proof folds. -
Coding & Trimming
A pneumatic punch stamps batch codes on each seal. Excess material trims off automatically before tubes exit. -
Discharge
Sealed, coded tubes roll out onto the outfeed conveyor, ready for packing, with no line stoppages.
