The servo‑driven piston pump dispenses each fill with +/‑0.5% accuracy for fill volumes between 0.5ml and 10ml, without over‑ or under‑dosing. With its programmable PLC and touchscreen HMI, operators can store multiple fill and cap recipes for instant recall. How Does the Eye Drop Filling and Capping Machine Work

  1. Unscramble & Infeed of Bottle: Vibratory unscrambler, star‑wheel orientate and infeed the empty bottles on the slat‑chain conveyor at the required speed.

  2. Micro‑Volume Filling: A stainless‑steel filling nozzle, single or double, which lowers into the bottle neck. The servo pump precisely measures and dispenses the correct dose, and then retreats to prevent drips.

  3. Cap Supply & Orientation: Caps are oriented by falling into a stainless steel feeder bowl and going up a chute. Guides force each cap into place for setting.

  4. Capping & Sealing: A capping head presses or turns the cap onto the bottle with the preset torque. Sensors verify and check that cap presence and the torque before releasing the products.

  5. Bottle Discharge: Bottles are discharged on the out‑feed conveyor, closed and ready for labelling or secondary inspection without stopping the line.
